How you will create an impact 📈:

• Performing complex tests on power and special transformers, ensuring they comply with standards and technical requirements;

• Planning and executing special and type tests, such as overvoltage tests, partial discharge measurements, temperature rise tests, and short-circuit tests, to verify equipment performance and safety;

• Planning and conducting tests as part of the product development process, thereby contributing to the continuous improvement of the technologies used;

• Supervising tests in the testing stations, ensuring that all procedures and technical specifications are followed during testing;

• Evaluating and documenting tests and measurements, making sure all documentation is complete and accurate for the product validation process;

• Organizing and maintaining measurement technology in testing areas, ensuring optimal functioning of the equipment and continuous improvements over time;

• Providing support to customers, assisting them in understanding and implementing their requirements.

What are we looking for 🔎:

• University degree in Electrical Engineering (Electrical Power Engineering, High Voltage Technology, Electrical Measurement Technology, or similar fields);

• Advanced PC skills, including office applications and PC-based measurement technology;

• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage;

• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written;

• Independent and responsible work ethic;

• Willingness to continuously learn and participate in professional training programs;

• Reliable personality, capable of taking ownership of tasks and meeting deadlines;

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
