How you will create an impact 📈:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Managing the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening and interviews. Develop and manage onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees.

  • HR Administration: Oversee traditional HR administration tasks such as contract creation, document management and other HR related documentation. Ensure accurate and confidential maintenance of employee files.

  • Leadership Advisory: Advisor to senior management, including the CEO, on all HR-related matters. Provide strategic support and input for organizational development initiatives.

  • HR Structure Development: Collaborate with local and group-wide HR colleagues to establish and improve HR infrastructure. Implementation of best practices and policies to support organizational goals.

  • Coordination of Partner HR Services: Manage and coordinate HR partner services, including payroll and other outsourced functions. Ensure service levels meet organizational requirements and standards.

  • Legal and Regulatory Compliance: Analyzing and managing labor law requirements in Romania, including aspects of relocation, labor law and social security. Ensure compliance with all local and international legal standards and guidelines.

What are we looking for 🔎:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably within an international or joint venture environment.

  • Strong knowledge of Romanian labor law and HR best practices.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Fluency in Romanian and English is required; additional languages are a plus.

  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.

  • Proactive and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
