Sales Manager
The SGB-SMIT Group is a specialized transformer manufacturer with roots in Europe and locations in Europe, Asia and the United States. SGB-SMIT Group transformers are used worldwide in key projects for the energy transition – for example in wind and solar power plants, industrial applications or in the energy infrastructure of urban agglomerations.
As an essential link in the electricity chain – between generation, transmission and distribution – the transformers of the SGB-SMIT Group ensure stable, efficient and secure energy flows. The product portfolio includes power transformers, distribution transformers, cast-resin transformers and special solutions for data centers, industry and e-mobility, among others. How you will create an impact 📈:
Customer service: You are the first point of contact for our customers and deal with their concerns, questions and problems.
Relationship management: You maintain and strengthen long-term customer relationships through regular contact and personal support.
Problem solving: You identify and solve customer-related problems quickly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
Feedback management: You collect, analyze and use customer feedback to continuously improve our products and services.
Consulting: You provide our customers with expert advice on our products and services and support them in making the best use of them.
Reporting: You will produce regular reports on customer queries, complaints and solutions to keep management informed of current trends and developments.
Teamwork: You will work closely with other departments to ensure that customer concerns are dealt with promptly and satisfactorily.
Participation in projects to optimize processes and standards for sales
Evaluation of order costing with error analysis
What are we looking for 🔎:
Degree in business administration, electrical /mechanical engineering, marketing, communications or a comparable qualification.
Several years of professional experience in customer care, customer service or customer relationship management (CRM).
Experience in analyzing and using customer feedback to improve products and services
Excellent problem solving skills and ability to find customer focused solutions.
Good knowledge of ERP software and other relevant IT systems like MS-Office.
Understanding of analyzing customer needs and developing appropriate actions to meet those needs.
Seriously good command of written and spoken English.
